Welcome to Joon Dog Tours, where we design unforgettable experiences in Paris, Versailles, and beyond for everyone, with or without a dog.

We offer:

  • Classic walking and van tours of Paris for all travelers
  • Special dog-friendly tours designed for humans exploring with their pets
  • Both private and small-group tours with licensed guides

By booking any of our tours, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please take a moment to review them.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or official partners.
  • We currently accept PayPal for all payments.
  • For standard group tours, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • For private or customized tours, guests may choose to pay one-third in advance, and the balance on the day of the tour (via PayPal or cash).
  • Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with tour details.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard group tours:
    • Cancel up to 7 days before: Full refund
    • 2–6 days before: 50% refund
    • Less than 48 hours: No refund
  • Private/custom tours:
    • Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the tour
    • Within 7 days: deposits are non-refundable
  • No-shows or delays over 15 minutes may result in a shortened or canceled tour without refund.

3. Rescheduling

To reschedule your tour (date or time), please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

4. Pet Policy (for dog-friendly tours)

  • All well-behaved dogs are welcome on our dog-friendly tours.
  • Leashes are not always required, but must be carried at all times, and used in any location where the guide requests it.
  • Please ensure your dog is under your supervision and can enjoy public spaces calmly.
  • If your dog has special needs (e.g., stroller, age-related limitations), just let us know when booking.

5. Safety & Responsibility

We are committed to your safety and peace of mind.
All of our tours are operated by licensed guides, and we carry professional liability insurance for every experience.

That said, each guest is expected to:

  • Follow guide instructions at all times
  • Respect public spaces and local regulations
  • Ensure their pet is cared for during the tour (if applicable)

We create safe, joyful, and respectful environments — for people and pets alike.

6. Tour Format & Flexibility

  • We offer both private and shared tours, on foot or by van.
  • All tours are designed with flexibility in mind. We adapt to your pace, weather conditions, and comfort.
  • On dog-friendly tours, some landmarks may be viewed from the van where pets are not allowed. Your guide will provide commentary throughout.

7. Accessibility & Weather

  • Most tours involve light to moderate walking. If you have mobility concerns, contact us before booking.
  • Tours run rain or shine. Please dress appropriately and wear comfortable shoes.
  • If weather conditions are extreme, we may propose a modified itinerary or alternative date.

8. Contact & Communication

After booking, we kindly ask that you get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours in advance to confirm final details and let us know about any special requests.
